Not your average “muggle” college
With a flick of the wrist and a little incantation of Wingardium Leviosa, members of TCNJ’s Order of the Nose-Biting Teacups, a student club composed of Harry Potter fans, recently helped the College land at the No. 9 spot in About.com’s rankings of the Top Colleges for Harry Potter Fans.

TCNJ finished one spot ahead of The University of Chicago, but behind such supposedly muggle-friendlier institutions as Swarthmore and The College of William and Mary.
TCNJ’s club, which was started in 2010 by Siobhán Loughman Sabino ’12, sponsors trivia games, scavenger hunts, game nights, and game show-style events based on the Harry Potter films. ONBT members also organize Quidditch games and a Yule Ball, and have even divided the club into four houses for a competition for the House Cup.
Club members were mum when asked if a Marauder’s Map of TCNJ’s campus exists.
