Junior computer engineering major Jim Rottinger took home the top prize at HackTCNJ <\/a>in February, beating out 104 other student programmers from across the region in a competition that challenged entrants to turn their ideas into a workable app inside 24 hours. Rottinger\u2019s creation allows viewers of twitch.tv, a live-streaming video game broadcasting network, to watch more than one channel at a time.<\/p>\n
