Caiola will be responsible for planning, operating and  managing a comprehensive program to promote, develop and increase  foundation and corporate support for the College\u2019s advancement  priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his appointment at TCNJ, Caiola was the director of  development at the Young Scholars\u2019 Institute in Trenton. As director, he  was responsible for fundraising and leadership, and developed  professional relationships with trustees, donors, students, volunteers  and alumni.<\/p>\n<p>Caiola has also worked for the township of Ewing, serving as the  director of Economic and Community Development.
