Each station has a campus namesake\u2014for instance, Roscoe\u2019s Tacos, named for TCNJ\u2019s mascot, and Ceva Pizza &amp; Pasta, named after one of the campus lakes. There is also a \u201cMy Zone\u201d area that caters to specific dietary needs such as celiac disease and food allergies.<\/p>\n<p>The evolution of Eickhoff, TCNJ\u2019s main dining hall, began in July 2008 and was sparked by a need to improve the residential experience for the students and a desire to have dining as the center point of the residential experience. Besides adding new culinary offerings, the second phase of renovations included painting the walls blue and gold, adding new tables and\u00a0padded booths, and installing flat screen TVs around the dining hall.<\/p>\n<p>News of the renovation, along with a before and after slide show of the changes that took place, were posted on the Web site of the National Association of College and University Food Services. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nacufs.org\/files\/public\/virtual_tours\/tcnj\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to view the site.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Students returning to campus this fall were also greeted by a redesigned bookstore in Brower Student Center. Changes to the store were more than just cosmetic, though.
