We found this charming photograph in the College’s archives, but as is often the case with the photos we find there, no information regarding who or what is pictured accompanied our discovery. The setting looks to be the lawn behind Ely, Allen, and Brewster Houses. Perhaps this was some sort of end-of-the-school-year celebration—an annual affair, eagerly anticipated by all, which has now been lost to the ages? We’re hoping readers can help. Send your thoughts to email@example.com. And if the photo predates your time on campus, we’d still like to hear about the springtime campus traditions that you enjoyed while at the College.
