Despite the hectic schedule he keeps as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Maverick Group, a financial print consulting company, John Wert ’93 says he is most proud of his work rescue abused animals with the Linda Blair World Heart Foundation.

Two groups of TCNJ students were in New Orleans this past January, assisting with the rebuilding and recovery efforts that continue more than five years after Hurricane Katrina struck the area.

John C. Pollock, professor of communication studies, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to lecture and conduct research at the University of Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the spring 2010 academic semester.

The College of New Jersey is ranked at #23 of 100 public colleges in Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine. The ranking, which appears in the February issue of the magazine, is part of Kiplinger’s annual report on the Best Public College Values.
